This free workshop is designed to help expecting parents slow down, get informed, and create a birth plan that actually makes sense for them.
At Love Your Birth, we’ll walk through your options, talk through common decisions that come up during labor and birth, and help you think intentionally about what matters most to you. The goal isn’t a “perfect” birth pla, it’s confidence, clarity, and the ability to advocate for yourself no matter how your birth unfolds.
You’ll leave with:

This workshop is open to all expecting parents, whether you’re early in pregnancy or just weeks away from meeting your baby. Partners are welcome and encouraged to attend.
